Dunkler, malzig säuerlicher Antrunk. Getreidenoten sind vorhanden, spielen aber keine Hauptrolle. Das wässrige Malz führt, leicht brotiges Ende. 9/8/9/8/11/8

Pours a hazy amber-golden color, topped with a rather medium sized white head. Malty aroma, some bready notes and bananas in there too. Taste is mild and sweet, some grains and bready feel. Slight soury feel in teh finish. I guess it’s not that bad.

NRW-Flasche: Deep, deep amber coloured, nevertheless cloudiness distinctively visibble; big creamy and very slowly collapsing tanned head with a good lace; slightly sourish grainy and toasty nose with aromas of old mowed grass; moderate bitter-sourish flavour, creamy MF, light to medium bodied; mainly dry, lingering toasty, dark-malty and chocolatey finish. Not bad, not bad…

Bottle: Cloudy, orangey coloured, mid-sized lacy and creamy off-white head; grainy-yeasty nose with an orangey touch, indeed; moderate to robust sourish-sweetish flavour, medium bodied, almost creamy MF, but a bit tart as well; orangey traces detectable in the fruity-grainy finish, some subdued tart acidity in the aftertaste. Decent…
