Description
Based on a busy working farm in the picturesque village of Bradfield in the Peak District, Bradfield Brewery have gone from milking 100 cows a day to brewing over 100,000 pints of beer a week! The brewery sprung to life with completion of its first Brew on 26th April 2005 and the brews have carried on flowing ever since.
Trivia: As the family had enjoyed 2 generations of farming at Watt House Farm and not wanting the cows to feel left out, some of the beers are named after breeds of cattle.

Bottle. Gifted to me by a lad at work who is possibly Bradfield’s number 1 fan. Each to their own. Clear gold. Decent white head. Nose is pretty much all malt, albeit nicely fresh malt. Some buttery notes. Hint of hop. Taste is buttery sweet with a moderate bitterness. Easy enough drinking. Fine carbonation. Moderate bitterness to finish. It’s like every other Bradfield beer.

Cask @ Barum Top Inn, Halifax. Red with a head. but its cherry is seriously light. The brew is therefore just hoppy with a mild berry influence. Its texture is fine.
