19/11/2021. Cask at the Harwich & Dovercourt Bay Winter Ale Festival 2021. Pours clear purple brown with a small bubbly pink head. Aroma of sweet malt, forest fruits and berries, chocolate, dark fruits, light spiced edge. Medium body, light bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, soft to flat carbonation.

19/11/2021. Cask at the Harwich & Dovercourt Bay Winter Ale Festival 2021. Pours clear dark bronze brown with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of malt, toffee, nut, sweet fruits, dried fruits. Medium sweetness, light bitterness. Medium body. oily texture, soft carbonation.

Cask at the Bankers Draft, JDW, Sheffield. Poured a clear reddish brown colour with a lasting off-white, light pink head. The aroma is yeast, raspberries. The flavour light bitter and sour, with a light, slightly watery, malt, light tart red berry fruit palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation.

Amber color with a floral aroma. Taste is slightly sweet malt with a dry, floral hop finish .

Hand-pulled half-pint in the Tap and Can, Shrewsbury on 11th August 2021. Mini haze to the amber body, steady white foaming head. Nice, easy going IPA without really stretching your senses too much. Orchard fruits in the nose and taste.
