Bottle from B&M, Manchester. Golden, mildly carbonated cider. Dry, understated with its apple, although still strong tasting. Apple is best in its aroma.

500 ml clear bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 6%. Clear golden colour, pours sparkling, no lasting head. Aroma of cider apples, hints of oak and sulphites. Moderate carbonation in the mouth. Medium dry flavour of cider apples, moderate tannins, a hint of sulphites.

Bottle at the inlaws, 28/04/18. Clear light golden with a fast collapsing head of white bunbles. Nose is sharp apple, light funk, grains, earthy. Taste comprises ripe apple, Orchard wood, smoked straw, hay bale, light wood must. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Ok cider but expected more from a high boost offering from these guys.

Draught at KEG, Bourne End, Bucks. As Ginger and Chilli, 4.0% abv. Pours slightly hazy pale gold with no head. Aroma is of moderate ginger, light chilli, toffee and apples. Towards heavy sweetness, light sour. Medium body, oily texture, soft to flat carbonation. The addition of the chilli and ginger is mild but is evident in the finish and it's pretty good overall.
