[ As Chantry Special Reserve ].Clear dark brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, chocolate, sweet malt - cake - dark fruit sweet, roasted, dark malt. Cask-conditioned at the Lime Kiln, Bristol 2/12/2016. Pale gold in colour, with a thin, off-white, head. Some pleasant citrus hops and fruits, touch of straw and gente, cereal, malts before a dryish finish. Good.
