13/7/2021. Cask at The Sheffield Tap. Pours slightly hazy dark golden with a small frothy white head. Aroma of wet grain, toasted malt, caramel, citrus, slight veggie nutty notes. Moderate sweetness and bitterness. Light body, watery texture, soft carbonation. Didn’t particularly enjoy it.

Flavour is composed of light bready grains, spicy rye bread, grassy hedgerow hop, twist of lime. Palate is semi sweet. Light grains, mellow carbonation.
