Description
Shiny was established in 2012, as a small scale operation, brewing in Derby mainly for its brew pub. Now based in the beautiful village of Little Eaton, just outside of Derby. The brewery is based in the centre of the village and has a taproom which features all Shiny’s new beers and one off pilots. Our beer story began with untraditional highly hopped cask beer and now has evolved into brewing a range of cask, keg and cans, the ethos is still the same brew beers we love to drink which means lots of hops! All beers are unfined and a good number of our core range is certified Gluten Free.

Keg draught at the Blue Boar, Leicester. Light to mid-gold and hazy with a small white head. Bready aroma, some berry character, a little bit of soap. Tastes bittersweet with more soap coating the fruity hop notes, and a medicinal bitterness in the finish. Watery body but of course it is with ABV, soft to medium carbonation. It's not bad for a low alcohol beer.
