Description
Peak Ales Brewery is a real ales craft brewery based in the Derbyshire Dales, UK. Run by Robert and Debra Evans and their team, they have over 100 years of combined knowledge and experience in producing Real Ale Craft Beers.

Born out of love and the challenges of setting up their own micro-brewery Robert and Debra have successfully produced National Award-Winning Ales in casks and bottle beers.

Cask @ 3 Judges. Clear golden colour, white head. Aroma of cooked vegetables. Flavour is light hopped, biscuit malts. Fairly bitter.

Bottled. Clear orange color, medium off-white head. Aroma of toasted malt, some cookie, bit hop. Bit bitter taste, toast, cookie, bit earthy. Ok bitter.

Cask, gravity dispensed, at the 2nd Beer Festival at the Cambridge Blue, Cambridge. Amber with a ring of white head; floral aroma; flowery hop flavour; light bitter finish, slightly sticky. Rather one-dimensional.

[Cask at Ye Olde Cheshire Cheese, Castleton, Derbyshire] Copper-brown, small cream head. Floral aroma and flavour. Earthy bitterness in the finish. Not a bad effort. c7

Cask-conditioned at the Bag ONails, Bristol 22/12/08. Deep amber in colour with no head. fruity, sweet aroma with some grassy hops. Sweet flavour of caramel and red fruit, with a short bitter finish. Ok, but not hugely memorable.

Cask at GBBF 2007. A golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with light notes of caramel and hops, and so is the flavor, though also added a slight note of diacethyl.

CASk @ GBBF 2007. Pours a pale golden color with a white head. Fruity malty aroma with some hoppy citrus hints. Sweet malty fruity and slightly bitter flavor with some hints of hops. Long malty and bitter finish.

Cask @ Volunteer Arms, GBBF 2007. Pours a copper color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity and malty aroma. Sweet fruity and malty bitter flavor. Long malty bitter finish with a long bitter aftertaste.
