Since 2008 we have been brewing beer in Battersea, but after 12 years on our current site we have decided to relocate a mile up the road to Wandsworth Town. Later in 2020 we will be brewing beer on the site of the Ram Brewery where we will launch our new tap room and visitor centre.

On cask. Appearance - clear golden with a thin white head. Nose - pine, citrus, and muesli. Taste - cereal, citrus peel and pine resin again. Palate - light bodied with a lightly bitter finish. Overall - good.

Cask at the Standing Order. Pours clear pale gold with a thin white head. Aromas of pine and citrus, light cereal grains. Taste is more of the same. Bitter finish.

Clear pale gold with a frothy white head and a soft citrus aroma. Zesty and fresh with a nice balance of citrus and pine hops with a cereal malt backbone, finishes very dry

Cask at Yw Old Ship, Holborn. Aroma is malty, damp, with light citrus. Clear copper gold..thin foamy white head. Sour citrus..Herbal.edge. underlying vague Malta. Light-medium bodied. Slick..Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Bland.

Appearance: Clear gold with a decent off-white head. Aroma and taste: Biscuit malt, honey, floral hop. Light sweet, Dry light bitter ending. Mouth feel: Light to medium body, average carbonation. Summary: Drinkable.

Pours a lightly hazed ruby colour with a small thin off-white head. Aroma is malty with hints of caramel cherry. A light sweet malty and fruity taste, sweet malts, toffee, and tart cherry fruit flavours with a sourish and bitter finish.
