Cask@GBBF2008. Deep brown colour, mediumsized brown head. Aroma is coffee, chocolate, roasted malts and mildlicorice. Flavour is at first very much dark fruits, wood and then turns smoked/roasted malts and has some dark sour coffee in it.

Cask handpull at Market Porter, Borough. Paleish gold, thin off whtie head. Like the Albatross, this is perfumed, bit sweeter, some rose petal. Funny, almost the same beer as the Albatross but stronger in alcohol. Slightly sweeter, good dryness no finish.

Cask handpull at Market Porter, Borough. Pale gold with thin white head. Perfumed flowery/citrusy pale beer. Decent hoppy bite on finish. I quite like the perfumedness of it. Decent. Good fullness and rounded flavours.

Cask cellar run at Ship & Mitre April Fest 08. Black with dark brown edges. Watery, hoppy stout. Yes, some roasted malts, yes a little sourness from some dark fruit. Tasty and a little different to the dry roasted stouts. This is more sour.
