The Milton brewery is a traditional English Ale brewery, albeit lurking in the cunning disguise of a 1980s industrial unit. We take the finest English Maris Otter malted barley, high quality whole hops and local brewing water to produce our award-winning ales.

Cask at the Pembury Tavern on 6th October 2010. Gold with a dissipating white head. Exquisitely hoppy. Rich hop grassiness in-mouth; grapefruit kick and deliciously rounded citric finish. Engaging mouthfeel. Possibly one of the best Milton ales I have drunk.

Cask at the Pembury Tavern on 30th June 2010. Thick, black body with a greyish head. Strong vanilla aroma and plenty of roast malts giving lingering coffee notes and some bitterness. On very good form in the pub, with a smooth but delightfully thick texture. Excellent.

Cask at the Pembury tavern on 30th June 2010. Almost clear gold with thin part-lacing white head. A fine blend of hops with notes of grass, citrus and just a slight savoury twist. Textured, slightly saline mouthfeel. Very refreshing in the current hot weather!
