Cask at the St Radegund, Cambridge on 30th July 2026. Medium hazy amber with shallow foam and spot lacing. Nutty malt aroma. Fruits, understated sweet spices and a wealth of nutty maltiness in-mouth - hazelnut. Tangy fruits to the fore in a finish that retains this beerโs rich malty character. Medium bodied with a smooth mouthfeel. Superb.

Very slightly hazy amber gold with a frothy / creamy white head and a sweet fruit malt aroma. Medium bodied, smooth and a touch creamy, sweet citrus and caramel, floral hop bitterness, a little slug of alcohol and a dry finish.

Hand pulled pint at the Pheasant, Wellington on 30th May 2026. Clean and clear golden body, lasting white crown on top. Hop Bitter from start to finish, fairly dry feel.

Cask at Pigs Ear. Near clear amber beer small bubbly pale tan head. Airy palate, semi dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Caramel malts. A little cream and milky sweetness. Ripe citrus and citrus peel. Airy semi dry finish. Dull.
