Bottle, 500 ml at the Windmill, Stansted. Pours amber with small short lasting off-white head. Caramel malts, some fruit and spices, hint of hops. Light to medium bodied. Bit bland. Not sure if something went wrong, but looking at the hops selection one would expect much better.

Bottle, gift from Mum & Dad- cheers! Brown with a thin beige head. Rather too fizzy. Chocolate and lemon at first, then praline and berries follow. A hint of alcohol and metal. Definite blackcurrant and a little wood in the finish. Lightly dry and a little sticky with just a smidgen of bitterness. Quite liked this.

A dark reddish copper ale with a thick frothy light mocha head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, light sulfur notes, light and pleasant. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with resinous catty floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light sulfur, rather pleasant. Can at Crown Rivers, LHR.

330ml can. Clear golden amber colour with a fine white head which vanishes immediately. Intensely hoppy aroma which is quite citric, fruity, and with malty undertones. Same thing can be said about the flavour in which more citrusy bitterness comes through, with hints of pale, caramel malt. Quite a nice IPA.

On tap at Hedlam Hall Hotel. Amber colour, creamy white foam head and malty aroma. Tangy malty flavour with some grassy metallic bitterness. Medium bodied, soft to medium carbonation, tangy bitter finish. OK.

Deep amber to copper, moderate off-white head leaving a film on beer. Nose of honey, resiny hops, minimal mango-like tropical fruit, nectar. Light to medium body. Oily texture. The flavour trends to balance. Busquit & nectar malts & herbal hops. Some citric notes. Medium bitterness. A good one without real hooks whenever you need them.

Cask at Coach and Horses, Ickenham. An amber coloured pour with a thin white head on top. Fruity, malty, caramel aroma. Tastes similar, fruity, malty, caramel, thin and slightly bitter.
