Taste: gentle bitterness, malty, grains, pretty dry. Aftertaste: a little bitter, herbal, grains, hoppy, decent one!

0.33 l bottle from 'Craftbeershop.com', best before April 2027. Clear, very dark ruby with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, beige head. Sweetish-malty, a little sourish, rather fruity aroma of sour cherry, almond, marzipan and some caramel. Quite sweet, moderately sour, rather fruity and gently vinous taste of sour cherry, almond, caramel, some red wine and hints of cocoa, followed by a short, moderately bitter, slightly tart finish. Medium body, slightly astringent and gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Very tasty brew, quite rich and complex, good balance between sweet and sour, just right up my alley.

330 ml bottles. Pours a reddish brown with full head. Aromas of vinous wood, oak, plums, tart red berries, a bit of vinegar and sharp toasty malts. Flavors of dusty red wine barrel, slightly tart earthy berries, plums and toasted malts. Not getting much of the Old Bruin from this iteration but interesting.

11/X/25 - 75cl bottle from Colruyt (Lochristi), shared @ Cybu’s birthday party, BB: 8/VIII/26, 4221A 16:53 (2025-1002)
Pretty clear blond yellow beer, creamy dense white head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: very yeasty, floral, soapy touch, fruity notes, some pears. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: earthy, very yeasty, somewhat fruity, pears, soft acidity. Aftertaste: a bit oxidized, sourish touch, fruity notes, gentle bitterness, not getting much oak or wood to be honest.

Can from Seijo Ishii. Deep reddish brown with a pink-tan head. Complex nose, cherry, vinegar, caramel, vanilla. nicely tangy, cherry, vinegar, apple, caramel, chocolate, light vanilla. A very nice blend. Not too heavy, but very smooth, medium carbonation. A bit on the sweet side, but the old beer also comes through. Happy to find this.

Pite z butli. Zapach dość słodki, jasne słody, trochę drożdży, płatki kukurydziane, odrobina pomarańczy i kolendry, przyjemny. W smaku pełne, dość słodkie, jasne i karmelowe słody, kandyzowany cukier, lekkie drożdże i skórka z pomarańczy w cukrze, odrobina liści kukurydzy i lekkie zioła gdzieś w tle. Goryczka niska, łuskowa, lekko drożdżowa, trzeba szukać. W ustach zaskakująco lekkie, pijalnie, nasycenie bardzo wysokie
