500mL bottle, pours a hazy yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma is very fragrant, with lots of clove, vanilla and gin botanicals, with a touch of citrus rind. Flavour is along the same lines, with vanilla and clove upront, accentuated by gin botanicals and citrus rind. Lots of clove on the finish. I normally wouldn't like this, but this works pretty well.

Hazy and pale. No head. Massive gin botanicals, vanilla, light apple. I mean it smells like aromatherapy, but if you forget about that it smells nice. Ok body, light apple, and lots of spice, botanicals. Definitely needs some residual sugar to balance out the spices, though.

Slight haze, very pale and greenish. Mellow apple, nice light cinnamon spice notes. Thin body, light apple note, maybe a touch of spice. I don't get much complexity and seems limited.

Bottle - Crisp green apple peel. Clearish pale yellow. Funky, light sour and apple peel. Touch of sulphur.

500mL bottle, pours a hazy yellow blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out wild yeast, apple skins, green apples, and some oak. Flavour is along the same lines, with green apples, oak, light acidity and wild yeast. Wonderfully constructed, with a great wild yeast character. Very good.

A lemonade yellow cider with aroma of tart apples, light Brett, light lactic notes, light lime juice, very nice. In mouth, a nice mix of tart apples, lime juice, light tropical fruits, light salty notes, very nice and refreshing. On tap at Brother's Beer Bistro.

A hazed dark golden cider with aroma of sweet apple, loads of strawberry, light acidic notes, very nice and complex. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity apple with loads of strawberry pulp, light tropical fruits, light acidity, very nice and complex. On tap at Bar Lupulus.
