A hazed murky blonde cider with aroma of sweet apple, light mineral pear notes, light mineral notes, light funk, pleasant. In mouth, a nice tart mix of green apples, pear, Epsom salts, light Brett, very nice and complex. On tap at Brother's Beer Bistro.

(On tap @ Birreria Volo, Toronto, Jan 19/18) Pours nearly clear pale gold with a small white head. Nose is hyper floral, punchy perfumed notes, lots of elderflower, light jasmine, subtle soft black tea, light apple. Flavour is more gentle, delicate notes of elderflower and apple saft, jasmine tea, slightly soapy florals, dry, no funk or anything of the sort. Light to medium bodied, sparkling carbonation. Very very floral, living in Sweden I've come to appreciate elderflower a lot but it might not be everyone's thing. In that context it worked really well for me.

(On tap @ Bar Hop, Jan 15/18) Lightly hazy light gold with a bare white ring. Aroma is bright white wine, high notes of grape, gooseberry, grass, funky hay, floral, tart apple of course, a bit of cider vinegar. Flavour is soft notes of green apple, white wine, soft grape skin, gooseberry, elderflower, wet grass, funky mulch. Soft acidity, dry finish, some funk in the finish. Lightish body, sparkling carb. Spontaneous vibe is there, as is the wine, but I was hoping for more prominent elderflower and a little more concentration. Solid.

Draft - Floral and very perfumy with lots going on. Clearish gold with a decent white head. Light sour, some pickled perfumy notes with a touch of apple peel. Very perfumy.

A golden yellow cider with light effervescence. In aroma, sweet fruity apple juice with light solvent notes, weird fishy notes, a bit thin. In mouth, sweet apple juice with light acidity, light mineral notes, light acidity and apple skins, OK at best. On tap at Tooth and Nail.

Keg at Brother’s Beer Bistro, Ottawa. Hazy pale golden, no head. Funky minerally nose. Mid dry with medium body and crisp mouthfeel. Citric Granny Smith, some crushed apple seeds and mild apple skin bitterness.
