Draft - Sweet and fruity. Clear light gold. Light and fruity with some tannin. Vanilla enhances the fruit but is not evident unto itself.

Draft - Sulfur notes. Cloudy pinkish. Sulfur and apple with a bone dry finish. I don't seem to get anything outside of the sulfur notes unfortunately.

A golden cider with a foamy receding white head. In aroma, nice tart apple with light Brett, light lactic notes, light acidity, very nice. In mouth, a nice tart apple with light acidity, light Brett, light acidity and cork, very nice and complex. On tap at Bar Lupulus.

A golden cider with reddish hues, with a very thin white head. In aroma, beautiful mix of sweet apple jam with light strawberry notes, light acidity, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet apple jam with light strawberry essence, light acidity, light buttery notes, very nice and pleasant. On tap at Brother's Beer Bistro.

On tap. Pours a cloudy white/yellow with light head. Aromas of apples, funk and a bit of grape must. Flavors follow samecwith what I think is tart pear skins and additional coarse apple. Nice.

On tap at Farmhouse Fest 2018, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out tart nectarines, with some wild yeast. Flavour is along the same lines, with tart nectarines upfront, with wild yeast. Pretty flat carbonation with tons of tart nectarines. Not overly complex but it works.

On tap at Farmhouse Fest 2018, pours an opaque cloudy dull golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of berry skins, with light barrels and some wild yeast. Flavour is along the same lines, with wild yeast, apple skins, berry skins, and farmhouse notes. Wild yeast and berries in good cohesion. Good stuff.
