750ml bottle from Mr West. 2021 Vintage. Hazed yellow colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of grape, apple, pear, straw. Taste is sweetish and tart, perry pear, appley, white wine, sourish, peach, woody, oak, coconut hint, with some acidity and drying tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry acidic & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle via Press online. Bought it on a slight discount, makes me think that it may turn on me. Month on the fridge, couple days in the fridge. Mostly settled.
Mojito glass on the porch with the neighbors. Pale, peachy, watermelon color, quick soda head splash.
Intense sour watermelon & dry grape nose. Gum & acetone in the background.
Sidra sourness over some very tart plum juiciness. Lemon/lime & lots of plum skin, a bit floral, more than a bit yeasty. Residual vinegar & acetone, more than I'd like. Bittersweet apple tannins & mellow-light funk.
Decent carb, way acidy, pretty sharp but with some lingering sweetness.
Ended up being some good fruit over a wild cider in the process of turning to vinegar. Okay.

750ml @ Ryan's shared with Alex, Phill, and Josh, trying to figure out the Okanagan trip because weather is preventing us from Golden Ears camping 😬.
Aroma: fruity, some farmhouse and herbal notes.
Taste: along the same lines, very fruity and acidic.

Purplish colour. Tannic, bitter apple and also some plum. On the palate, also a bit tannic, some buttery type of notes from one of the fruits in here. The plum comes across well, though. A bit of bright apple notes in the finish.the added fruits are nice but I’m not sure it’s coherent.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Brown-ish red with small off white head. Cherry pits, feint plum character, underlying apple, not picking up the mint aspect, okay.

A lightly hazed golden cider with aroma of sweet apple jam, light Brett pleasant. In mouth, a nice tart mix of tart apples, light Brett, light lactic notes, pleasant.

Twangy, spirited, leafy, high acid, white grape, lemon, medium-low farm funk, yeast, still a bit industrial.
Fizzy, halfway acid, approachable alcohol, super thin.
Indifferentiable from many wild ferments. It's fine but unjustified to prop up in fancy glass. Super average.

On tap at Stillwell. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Musty apples and lots of funk on the nose; fairly earthy. Flavour has tart and musty apples, good funkiness. Great funk. This is an excellent cider.
