A lightly hazed golden cider with aroma of sweet apple, light mineral notes, light grapeskins, musty notes, ice cider quality, very nice. In mouth, a nice tart apples with light acidity, light grapeskins, musty notes, light white wine notes, nice and smooth. On tap at Brother’s Beer Bistro.

A hazed yellow Perry with aroma of tart pears, Epsom salts, light Brett, light maple, interesting. In mouth, a nice sweet pear juice with light acidity, oily mouth feel, light apples, pleasant but not what I expected. On tap at Brother’s Beer Bistro.

Keg at Brothers Beer Bistro, Ottawa. Cloudy pale orange, minimal head. Funky floral nose where hibiscus and pears combines for a grapefruit aroma. Mid dry with medium body and rounded, spritzy mouthfeel. Minerally and funky. Pears with a thin cover of cobwebs and tropical flowers. Brilliant stuff!

A pinkish grapefruit Perry with a very thin off white head. In aroma, beautiful Brett with light apple pulp, light grapeskins, musty notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity mix Brett, light lactic notes, light pear notes, fruity esters, dry and smooth. On tap at Brother?s Beer Bistro.

Keg at Brothers Beer Bistro, Ottawa. Clear pale golden, no head. Citrusy nose with spice and tart apples. Mid dry with medium body clean, rounded mouthfeel. Lightly minerally, candy and apple tartness. Mild spicy hop and apple skin bitterness.

(cask) cloudy yellow colour with a small white head; aroma of lime; flavour of dish detergent, sourness; I have tried a lot of different brews and always try to find something positive about it, but this was a drain pour. I believe if I forced myself to drink my glass I would have been sick
