# 4731; 9/2025. As Brauschneider Marillen Sour, alc. 4,2 %. Apricot, sour apple aroma. Murky yellow-ish body; off-white head. Apricot, yeast, red currant, tart, sour finish. Light body; higher carbonation. Very good fruited sour ale. 0,33 l, bottle, gift (thx Goldbarren!).

A clear golden yellow beer with a white head. Aroma of pale malt, straw, rice. Taste of crisp pale malt, straw, cereals, rice. Moderate bitterness. Easy to drink.

Es ist ein recht klassischer Bock 🐐 mit süßem-alkoholischen 🥃 Kern.
Sehr aromatisch, aber auch schwer 🏋️♂️, weshalb man solche Biere schon sehr mögen muss. Aber als Vertreter der Bockbiere durchaus gut.

Label claims only 6.1% ABV Very thick cream head over very deep-dark, reddish brown beer. Dark "hot" malts, sweet, melanoidins, bit brushwood, banana and rye. Dry-sweetish. Bit chocolate, melanoidins, banan, dark malts and rye. Sulphur-ish, more bitter finish. Rather well bodied, probably less than the feel; bit chewy. Medium to good carbonation. Decent beer, the "Waldstaude Korn" - kind of primitive rye - is very present. Txs to Stef!
