Amber lager with a thin off-white head. Sweet caramel aroma with fruity pear notes. Fairly clean malt taste with nice nuttyness, and nice lingering german hops in finish. Medium bodied. Considering this is 9 month olds, it is quite a resilient beer!

Bottle: Poured a clear dark brown ale with a huge foamy head that disappeared within thirty second. Aroma is quite spicy and probably the only things that can make me recall its Belgian cousin. The spice dominates taste but fall a little flat because of thin body and lack of carbonation. I also notice an alcohol burn at the end that I didn’t particularly enjoy.

Bottled. Cloudy pale brown. Yeasty and orangey. Light-medium bodied . Toffee and grass is there, as is some almonds. Lively mouthfeel, low bitterness.

Cloudy amber color, poor head. The aroma is malty and herbal, yeasty; nice but strange. Some malt and caramel, some herbs, too dry for its strength. Drinkable but not impressive.

341 mL bottle bought more than 1 yr ago at Loblaws in Lasalle. Hazy light golden with light white head. Light aroma of coriander and lemon. Very smooth fresh taste, with wheat and malt, notes of grapefruits, coriander and aniseed. Slight sour notes. Considering the age, this beer is good and as aging potential.
