Now this was really interesting! Sweet malts up front with some sweet semi-citric hops, with some funk. Flavor was slightly oaky with some tinges of vanilla, mixed with some vinous red wine funk, and some more sweet malts, and sweet hops. quite interesting, and very complex.

Volo Cask Days 2009. This was some great stuff. Lots of hops in the aroma, super sweet,tart hops, tangerine, and mandarin aromas. Some sweet malts, brown sugar, and more hops in the finish. Super easy drinking, and an amazing beer.

On tap at the brewpub. NIce grain bill up from with some good floral hops. Flavor is very malty, lots of cereal, and some floral hops in the finish. Medium body, and a medium bitter finish. Solid.

light floral hops, some light grass, lots of yeast. Light carbonation, medium bitterness. big on the yeasty esters.

On tap at the brewpub during the mondiale 2010. Aroma of sweet malts, light hops, and some cloying artificial apricots, and peaches. Flavor was very sweet, grains up front, and cloying fake fruits in the finish.

bright hoppy aroma, with some malty grains, and a touch of funk. Flavor was a touch metallic, with a citric hoppy finish, and a touch of funk. a nice saison.

Wet grass, mixed with light fruit notes. Some malted grains in the flavor, with more of the wet grass, and stake hops. really nothing special .

hazy yellow pour, aroma of cloves, bananas, and touches of bubblegum. The flavor was a touch malty, a little watery, and finished with a medium bitterness and a good bananas flavor. An pretty solid Hefe.

Amber pour, light grassy hops, some nuts and a subtle fruitiness. Nice carbonation, good mouthfeel, medium finish. Good dose of cereal malts in the end with some more light grassy hops.

This was one of the best Canadian IPAs i have ever had. Huge floral, citric, resinous hop aroma. Just amazing nose! the flavor was pretty one sided, not much of a malt backbone, but thats how i like it! HUge amounts of hops, loats of grapefruit, and lemon, and ornages. Outstanding IPA.
