On tap at the brewery. Pours black, with a small, brown head. The nose is dark chocolate, maple, cinnamon, and black bread. Light vegetable notes. Sweet and malty, with a light bitterness. Very spicy. Medium body, chalky, and crisp. A bit hot for my preference, but still quite tasty.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy, bright, orange color, with a medium, foamy, white head. The nose is nectarine, grapefruit juice, white peppercorns, grass clippings, white bread, and light spruce. Sweet and juicy, with a mild, crisp bitterness. Bright, clean, and refreshing. Solid hazy!

On tap at the Carter Payne. Pours a dark, orange color, with a small, beige head. The aroma is grapefruit, mango, lavender, butterscotch, and hay. Sweet and juicy, with a big, sticky bitterness. Medium to heavy body, chewy, and bold. Big, aggressive IPA. Solid.

On tap at the Carter Payne. Pours black, with a small, tan head. The aroma is sweet cherries, leather, chicory, red wine tannins, and a bit of grass. Dry and roasty, with a good fruity sweetness. Lightly bitter. Quality, enjoyable stout.

Taster at the Feast of Saint Arnold. The aroma is pine sap, orange juice, resin, and caramel. Sweet and sugary, with a big sticky bitterness. Quality.

Taster at the Feast of Saint Arnold. Pours a murky, brown color, with a small, tan head. The aroma is caramel, dusty malt, vanilla, light roast, and toffee. Sweet and sugary, with a beautiful touch of bitterness. Light, mellow, and complex.

Taster at the brewery. Pours a clear, orange color, with a small, beige head. The nose is maple syrup, celery and bell pepper, caramel, and rye. Sweet and sugary, with a light tartness. A strong, building heat. Medium body, syrupy, and slick. Solid and fun.

Taster at the Carter Payne. Pours a slightly unclear, orange color, with a medium, foamy, khaki head. The nose is tangerine, spruce, rose, cereals, and pine. Sweet and sugary, with a big, sticky bitterness. Fairly light. Not bad.
