Bottle: Poured a hazy bright golden color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some good lacing. Aroma of fruity and citrusy hops is quite nice with some floral undertones. Taste is also dominated by fruity hoppy notes with some citrus notes with light dry caramel malt backbone with not much residual sugar. Body is full with good carbonation. Love the freshness and the fruity notes of the Galaxy hops and the balanced level of bitterness.

Pours red with good head and lacing. Aroma of berries and flowers. Hibiscus also brings out a note of sourness in the follow through. Not my favourite Bellwoods. On cask at volos.

A hazed blonde ale with a thin white head. In aroma, loads of fruity peaches with light solvent esters, a bit of dough, OK. In mouth, a nice mix of peach puree, light grassy hops, oily mouthfeel, fruity esters, apples, OK if a bit cloying. On tap at brewpub, April 7 2013.

This is well balanced and superbly brewed. Definitely superior to Hellwoods. Aromas of smokey malt, anise, dark chocolate and a little hops. Cognac presence subtle but good. A little detectable booze as well. Finish is bittersweet barrel with booze and caramel. Consistency on the syrupy side. On tap at brewpub.

One off Sunday cask at brewpub with peaches. Im not sure if the peaches add much to an otherwise great beer. Pours cloudy orange with no head or lacing. Aroma of peach bubblegum and barnyard yeast. Finish is sweet and sour. Medium to thick consistency. Some booze in finish as well.

Nice light pale ale. Nice and palatable - I’d drink this at a keg party over the usual fare without question. Pours cloudy orange with a little lacing and some head. Aroma of light hay and hops. A touch of mash malt at the end. Light barley crispness in finish. Light to medium body. Tap at brewpub.

This one is excellent. Maybe my favorite from the series so far, even though I probably said that with the Nelson Sauvin. Pours cloudy golden orange. Aroma of tangerine, hay, bitter grass and mango. Finishes with medium bitterness. Medium consistency with versatile palate. Tap at brewpub.

Nicely integrated beer if nothing super original tasting. Aroma of peach and light hops. Pours clear golden with decent head and lacing. Does a good job of being a peach pale without losing balance. Finish is bittersweet. Tap at brewpub.

A deep dark viscous stout with a thin dark brown head. In aroma, an intense dark chocolate with molasses, licorice, wood extracts, espresso coffee and wine notes. In mouth, a sweet milk chocolate, bourbon, licorice, coffee extract, vanilla and loads of alcohol warmth. Superb interpretation.
