0.75 l bottle from 'Bergmann Stehbierhalle', best before February 2021. Almost clear, nearly black with a medium large, frothy, stable, beige head. Sweetish-malty, gently fruity and a little earthy-herbal aroma of caramel, blackberry, some chocolate and a touch of orange. Gently sweet, malty, slightly roasty, moderately fruity-herbal and a little earthy taste of caramel, chocolate, some ash, a touch of blackberry and hints of melon, followed by medium long, gently bitter, slightly roasty, earthy, a little herbal-spicy finish. Medium to full body, smooth and slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very tasty variant of the regular 'Adam', pleasantly hopped with the malts still being at the forefront. Good!

0.75 l bottle from 'Bergmann Stehbierhalle', 8,4% abv, best before February 2021. Clear, deep amber with a thin, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, quite fruity-floral and slightly malty aroma of honey, lemon peel, sultanas and some apricot. Quite sweet, malty, gently fruity-floral taste of honey, sultanas, apricot and lemon peel, followed by a short, moderately, minimally grassy-spicy finish. Full body, smooth and oily mouthfeel, very soft carbonation. Really pleasant beer, not too outspoken but nicely balanced and smooth.

Lahev s patentním uzavěrem: Deep, deep ruby-amber coloured, presumably hazy, medium-sized loose - but stable - off-white head, leaving some lacework on the glass, moderate to nearly solid dryish bitter-sweet nose of dark malt, dried fruits and traces of licorice (?), herbal-rural - indeed - hops in the background; dryish bitter-sweet flavour with a light acidity, medium bodied, both smooth and a bit tart; lingering bitter-sweet (and mildly sourish) finish of dark dry malt and dried fruits, followed by some herbal hops. Business as usual at DBB: the stronger the better..

0.75 l bottle from 'Bergmann Stehbierhalle', best before 2021. Clear, very dark ruby to black with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, beige head. Sweetish-malty, quite fruity-resiny and a little roasty aroma of blueberry, tropical fruits and a touch of dark chocolate. Quite sweet, malty, gently roasty, moderately fruity-resiny taste of dark chocolate, coffee, licorice, some hazelnut, some blueberry and a touch of tropical fruits, followed by a medium long, quite roasty-bitter, earthy finish. Medium to full body, smooth and creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Really nice beer, great mouthfeel and very tasty, maybe somewhere between a Stout and a BIPA.

Tap (@Stehbierhalle): Hazy, copper to light amber coloured, quite stable tanned head, dryish bitter-sweet roasty-toasty nose with fruity and worty traces, leafy-earthy hops well detectable; moderate to solid bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied, both sticky and fizzy; lingering dryish bitter-sweet finish with toasted malt, caramel and leafy-earthy (autumn leaves) hops. Not the worst DBB brew...

Tap: As black as a coal-mine, lacy medium-sized tanned head, moderate dry roasty and caramelly nose with leafy-earthy hops; nearly solid bitter-sweet flavour, but quite light bodied for a beer of 6.7%; dry and lingering bitter-roasty finish with a shy fruitiness and returning leafy-earthy hops. Good stuff! Business as usual with DBB: the stronger, the better…

330ml bottle courtesy of Koelschtrinker @ 5.2%. Pours cloudy yellow/gold, moderate frothy head with some lasting power. Aroma is semi-sweet, grains, a floral aromatic hop. Taste is quite sweet, light grassy, aromatic and fruity, mild bitterness and a bit more grass in the finish. Light to moderate body and carbonation. Very enjoyable Pils!

750ml bottle. Cloudy, copper-ish, amber colour with average to huge, thick, creamy, moderately to mostly lasting, moderately lacing, off-white to beige head. Wheaty and bready, malty, as well as yeasty fruity and grassy-spicy hoppy aroma, notes of banana, yellow apple, fresh hay, a touch of caraway-spiced grey bread, some clove, dusty yeasty overtones, a basic layer of salmon sauce (honey, mustard, dill). Taste is sweet, caramel and wheaty malty, notes of treacle and honey, fruity hoppy hints of mandarine, orange, yeasty fruity notes of banana, baked banana, yeasty spicy hints of clove, salmon sauce again. Watery texture with a viscous middle strand, smooth and soft, minimally cloying palate, fine and soft carbonation. Manifold, a bit inhomogeneous, maybe a tad too sweet; but also unusual in a positive way and pretty tasty - good!

Bottle, danke Günther!. Cloudy copper, creamy offwhite head. Krabbensalat nose, plenty of dill. Medium full sweet sticky base, caramel, a bit soured, fruit basket, herbs, dill, banana, eggy retronasal, a bit strange.

Bottle. Murky orange color with greyish head. Aroma is mackerel salad with mustard and honey (don't ask), a bit tart and probably not intended. Taste is bananas, again mackerel salad, honey, sweet. Not really schlank, and it seems a bit muddled. More drinkable than expected from the aroma though, albeit very sweet.
