0.75 l bottle from 'Bergmann Stehbierhalle', best before July 2025. Hazy, orange with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, quite fruity-floral aroma of orange, tangerine and some mango. Gently sweet, moderately bitter, quite fruity-floral and a little resiny taste of orange, tangerine, mango and traces of pine, followed by a short, quite bitter, slightly dry finish. Medium to full body, smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice old school IPA, fairly bitter and crisp.

Not historically accurate, as it's neither sour nor smokey -- apparently they had to make it more accessible to people. But then what's the point of reviving the once-beloved style? 🤔 It's sweet, malty, rich -- a dessert beer. Good, though. Left.

More hazy IPA than red IPA, but a bit of both. Modern hops but a decent bitterness. Tropical candy. Tastes fresh, which is the important thing. This glass is also on the right!

Classic-style Maibock. Maibock is not my favorite kind of Bock but this one is good. Soft hop profile, malty bread, clean and fresh (like my hair). Named after the year the original version of the brewery shut down. This current incarnation came 35 years

When in Dortmund, it's important to drink the OG styles. Ain't nuthin' but a D thang. This is very nice, like an amped up Helles. Bread AND biscuit.
