From Amstein, St-Légier, best before 01/24, perfect, two days ago, at night during the first winter storm, windy and this warm tripel was just perfect, solid one classic, full body, malty, yeasty, perfect hint of honey, fruity, bitter. 23.11.2024, one of my best tripel that I have tried, waiting my next venue at Amstein.

A regular trapping beer, boozy but it is find, malty, notes of plum and apricot, mineral and dry at the palate, regular hop, not so complex comparing with the 10, a beverage to drink quietly. 29.09.2020, drinking it at Epalinges, at night.

New vintage tasting very good, sweet toasted malts, sweet molasses, lots of caramelised brown sugar, dried fruit shred, nice yeasty linger, more dried fruit into the lingering spiced malty finish. Lovely.

The best quadrupel I’ve ever had. Aroma is that of dark cherries. Apperance is a dark, pleasant color. Flavor is the best part of this beer. It has a very well balanced taste. This is the type of beer a wine drinker would love. Trying to figure out the complexity of this beer is quite a challenge. Because of alcohol content it goes straight to your head and feels warm inside. Overall a great beer.

Bottle. This is an excellent beer. Actually ranks right behind it’s big brother. The sour after taste did cause me to lower my score a bit. Otherwise, great beer.

Bottle. I really like this beer but I just wish it was a little less expensive. Nice fruity, flavor with hints of chocolate, vanilla, and dates. Highly recommended.
