500ml Bottle - Hazy golden in colour. Grain, lemon and some floral notes in the aroma. Ripe bananas, lemon, toffee and some slightly metallic notes in the taste. Not as clean as many beers of this type from Franconia but drinkable.

Bottle. Aroma is mildly grainy, yeasty, a fun fruit bubblegum note as well. Taste is the same. Fun, nothing special. 6-3-5-3-11 Tap. Unclear amber color with white head. Aroma is nutty, grainy. Taste is grainy, nutty, sugar icing, Fruchtgummi. Oily mouthfeel with natural carbonation. Tasty Franconian delight! 7-4-7-4-15

Golden colored, bit unclear, medium to small white non lasting head, nice lacing. Aroma is malty grains, some bread and yeast, light fruit, bit straw. Taste is medium to low sweet malt, grains, sulphur, yeasty bread, low to medium grassy-straw bitterness, dry finish and bitter after. Medium to light bodied, soft+ carbonation. Bit buttery.

Bottle shared on the train from Nuremberg to Freising during day 3 of the Bamberg Jolly of January 2015. Pours perfectly, rich gold with a creamy white head. Tasty though simple, with sugary malts, cereal, light bitter hay, biscuits. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Finishes with further sugary cereal and pale malts. OK.

50 cl bottle at SMÖF 2015, October 24.Had it down as "Brauerei Fischer Greuth" from the label, "Fischer Rauchbier" from the festival listing.Clear dark brown color, teal head. Malty, smoke scent. Maltym smoked taste. Smoked aftertaste. Medium mouhtfeel, medium bitterness.
