On tap @Mad for Beer (Rome). Oro torbida, schiuma bianca media, discretamente persistente. Al naso note di scorza di limone, frumento, leggera spezia. In bocca è dolce all'attacco, con finale appena amaro, leggermente sbilanciata sul dolce. Corpo leggero, carbonazione media. Si beve.

L'intensità olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana media. Il liquido appare velato. Bollicine medio-fini costituiscono la forma del perlage. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è contenuto. L'intensità gustativa è elevata e con buona continuità. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali che permangono sfociano in un finale di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. In bocca l'aroma porta note di frumento e agrumi.

Draftv at Arrogant Sour Festival 2018. Hazy yellow color scant head. Aroma of lemon and straw. Taste is tart citrus. Tasty.

Bottle, thanks Antonio. Clear deep golden, medium-low white foam. Nose: a bit soapy, lavander. Quite clean although a bit too floral. Mouth: weak, clean but weak. Some cereal here and there. Just solid. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
