Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is lots of white grapes, white pepper, light apricots. Taste is white grapes, white pepper, light apricots, very nicely balanced. Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Fabulous, very tempting!

Bottle. Milky yellow, wild tart, gueze like, medium light, grape sweetness, funk, good balance to juiciness, very neat.

Hazy dark yellow, light head. Spicy vegetable aroma. Flavor is much stronger than the mild aroma! Wow, very complex with a really interesting dry white wine tinge from the grape addition. Perfectly balanced.

Bouteille 33cl de Malt Attacks, BB30/01/2024, lot# 15. Dorée, col blanc éparse, nombreuses bulles restant sur le verre. Arôme est assez centré sur les grains, la barrique est assez en retrait. Grains assez présents avec un effet léger farineux. Fruité moyen vert en rétro. Palais est aigrelet, brett, funk, sécheresse boisée et accentuée par le brett. Fruité de raisin blanc, groseille verte, pointe acidulée. Présence de grains donnant un effet rustique. Le tout est léger sur pointe citrique au fini relevée par une fine note de barrique et vin. Correcte mais un cran en dessous de la Tocar Madera où la barrique était nettement plus complexe et mise en valeur. L'ajout de ces variétés anciennes donnent un côté rustique qui est cependant un peu diminuée par l'effet de brett et barrique.

Clear bright red to purplish beer, no head. Aroma: lovely stuff, nice clean brett notes, good funk, bit peppery, lots of fruits, reminds me of cherries, including the marzipan touch, though I know it's with grapes. Smell really good, very promising! MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: bit sweet, very fruity, very nice, soft acidity, clean funk, no bad off-flavours. Aftertaste: very good, nice acidity, bit lemony, marzipan, some tannins, very nice, really good wild ale!
