375mL bottle, pours a hazy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma is very buggy, with plenty of acidity, oak barrels, and wine tannins. Flavour is extremely acidic, with enamel-stripping acidity, a vinous tang, and some bugs. Too acidic for me, but it has some depth. Decent.

Hazy, pale. No head. On the palate, lots of tartness, hints of brett. Definitely a puckering beer. Lots of wood, some balsamic notes, so it gets a little slick. This seems close to turning actually, bottled it off just in time.

Bottle. Dullish pale amber colour. Not much head. The aroma has a bit of vinous stuff, but also some of that acetic character that I don't like. On the palate, very tart. Definitely acetic, but also lactic. The barrel...I mean I don't even know of a white wine aged in a tequila barrel so that alone is pretty cool. But the wine character might be there, and tequila I'm not getting that. This ends up being an acidic blend with vague accents, but I would prefer more sweetness for balance. And tequila...I'd actually like to perceive that here, because I think it would help the beer.

750ml bottle decanted. Nice foggy rosé body, still and no foam. Soft vinegar on the nose but nothing else comes through. Flavour is grapeish, sour maltiness, soft funk. Warming, acidity helps with high fat foods. Nevertheless very simplistic and nowhere near worth what they're charging for a bottle.

Good puffy foam, stormy carbonation, mellow pale straw body. Strong acidity on the nose, soft wood barrel, musty yeast lingers. Flavour is soft maltiness accented by wood, soft wine notes. Mellow acidity, sweetness lingers. It has a nice rustic vibe to it, though a little simple, and it has to be said that these Vinifera bottles are incredibly expensive for what they are.

Pours a deep pink with no foam or carbonation. Oh, one of these again. Nice floral cherry on the nose, slight caramel, soft yeast funk. Flavour is tart cherry, fresh and sweet, soft biscuit and hints of biscuit. Good lingering tart sweetness that I enjoy. Not bad at all.

Very nice deep red body, slightly muddy, and uncarbonated with zero foam. The aroma is soft brett yeast, easy biscuit, deep chewy syrupy grape and cherry juice moderated by some rustic sourness. Flavour is deep and rich cherry layered under milk chocolate mousse, soft caramel latté. Full and lingering, crisp and saccharine. Bold, round, beautiful.

Flavour is fairly vinous, with lots of acidity, dusty earthy skins, and a little vinegar. Extremely acidic, almost stomach-churningly so. There's little complexity or depth here. For $30 (plus tax), this is extremely disappointing.

750mL bottle, pours a clear dark red with almost no head. Nose is quite earthy, with musty grapes, leather, cardboard, and earthiness. Flavour reveals sweaty feet, musty grapes, earthiness, and a little leather. That sweaty feet on here really isn't all that pleasant. Flat carbonation, which is fine, but the flavours aren't so great. There just isn't all that nice a character from the grapes here. For the outrageous $30 (plus tax), this doesn't come close to delivering, and I'm annoyed I spent the $ on this. Unfortunately, there's little to enjoy about this one.
