375 ml bottle. Pours a hazy pink with light head. Aromas of of bretty red berries, grapes and wheat. Flavors of tart red berries, sour gummy bears, cranberries, and sharp wheat. Not overly sour; just right.

Bottle pour at Weathered, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is full of acidity, perfumey notes, and subdued stone fruits. Flavour is moderately acidic, with faint tart stone fruits, vinegar, and a little oak. Acidic and thin, with not much fruit character. The hops are pretty subdued. And there is generally not a whole lot of complexity. Not my favourite from Temporal.

Taster on Weathered. Appearance: nice clear rose with a white head. Aroma: nice wine and berries character with barrels. Taste: along the same lines, quite acidic. Overall: acidic, but interesting.

Taster on Weathered. Appearance: a bit hazy blonde. Aroma: very winey, like a white wine, but acidic at the same time. Taste: along the same lines, lots of unraped grapes, dry. Overall: not bad.

On tap at Luppolo, pours a cloudy dark bright reddish pink with a small pink head. Aroma reveals intense berries and currants upfront, with plenty of red wine barrels pummelling through. Flavour is intense, with lots of red wine barrels, alcohol, and fruity berry notes. Fairly harmonious, but the acetic character tickles the nose hairs a bit—a little harsh. Fun stuff.

Draught at Luppolo. Bright red-purple, thick head. Very fruit forward. I quite like this one.

Draught at Luppolo, North Vancouver
Deep red colour, opaque. Intense aroma, wine barrel, funky yeast, fruit. Dry, with sharp acidity, juicy and winey, bit of acetic and dough, sour berries; strong astringent feeling in the finish.
Good degree of complexity; aggressive sourness.

Beautiful styrofoam pink foam, deep pink body. Heavy currant aroma, wood notes, burlap even, earthiness that brings back memories of faraway fruit farms. Flavour is bitter yet sweet black currant, just the right amount of sourness. Crisp finish. Everything about this is working. Well done.
