750mL bottle, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma reveals fermented out honey, a touch of wine, and some gentle wild yeast. Flavour is nicely complex, with wild yeast, fermented out honey, moderate acidity, and oaky wine barrels. Lots of oak and wild yeast. The fermented out honey adds a nice element. Good stuff.

375ml on Brian's deck. Appearance: pale hazy golden with a weak white head. Aroma: funky, barrel, some fruity character which cannot be recognized as apricots, unfortunately. Taste: very acidic, with a slight stone fruits character. Overall: ok.

On the nose, this is similar in the bug notes to the regular, but there's a fair bit of apricot as well, and that reduces some of the complexity. On the palate, the apricots are sweet, and then it's fairly sharp, woody. In the end, the tartness gets a bit too strong. The balance isn't there on this one.

375mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma is somewhat herbal, with subdued apricots, and a little oak. Flavour is a lot more acidic than the regular Eternal Return, with intensely acidic apricots, some acetone, and subdued bugs. The wine is not very noticeable. The apricots aren't so assertively expressed and there is too much acidity and acetic character. Weak.

Pale amber, with no head. There's kind of a buckwheat honey note, date molasses, sort of a charred woody note. Soft balanced acidity, woody notes with light grapey notes. Off-dry, with a bit of tartness, and good tannins. I like this.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma is fairly subtle and buggy, with lots of buggy wild yeast, gentle oak, and a touch of white wine. Flavour is full of some nice bugs, with wild yeast, white wine tang, and a little oak. Low acetic character, gentle acidity, lots of white wine tang and bugginess on the finish. Not particularly complex, but it's quite pleasant.
