Tasting at Erik's; corked bottle
Hazy blond colour. Intense aroma, stone fruit, Chardonnay, grapes, sweat. Smooth mouthfeel, highly carbonated; as expected from Temporal, the acidity is sharp; some lemon, some white wine, astringent final.
Wonderful aroma, aggressive flavour with less complexity. Very good.

Dirty blonde, with just a light haze. There's a nice light brett C note, some woody barrel stuff, cherries and pears, that might be from the merlot. This is a fairly tart brew, fairly woody, a nice buggy complexity with what seems to be brett c.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out a nice red wine barrel character upfront, with gentle wild yeast, and a touch of oak. Flavour is not overly complex, with a nice vinous character, lots of citric character, and gentle wild yeast. Not exactly that well-integrated and fairly aggressively acidic. Solid.

Bottle at Matt's
Hazy blond colour. Interesting aroma, there is some fruit, wood barrels, wine, grapes. Aggresively sour, highly carbonated; not much complexity in the flavour, mostly covered by the sourness, but there is a mild fruity touch, and some astringency in the finish, that is also bone dry.
Not much complexity, but it's a good beer.

Hazy dull blonde with no head. Bretty nose with barrel, wine and coffee accents. Unique. Fun. Juicy, tart stone fruit, with vinous and coffee notes. This is fun stuff.

Hazy, light amber. Thin head. Bright papaya aroma, with lactic, barrel, and brett, maybe some peach/pear orchard fruit notes. Rounded acidity and some really nice juicy fruits. Yum.
