375ml bottle shared with Alex and Matt. Appearance: hazy pale golden with a white head. Aroma: fruity, farty, and live baking yeasts. Taste: similar, very acidic and a bit sweet at the same time. Overall: don't know. Considering a little bit of sweetness left and lots of yeasty notes, I may assume it was released a bit early. At the same time if all that sweetness would be eaten by yeasts this beer would become an acid bomb probably...

Taster shared with Alex. Appearance: a bit hazy purple with no head. Aroma: nice barrel and berries aroma. Taste: similar taste with some odd wood notes, moderate to high acidic. Overall: as usual - I would like a bit more fruits, and sweetness as well as a bit less acidity, hehe.

On tap at Luppolo, pours a cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out the coffee upfront, which then transitions immediately to bourbon and brandy/cognac - very inviting. Flavour is bold and unusual, with lots of tart fruits, accentuated by the coffee, and rounded off the multifaceted barrel character. Seems like it could be chaos on paper, but this is executed very skillfully. Disparate flavours come together to forge a cohesive, tasteful beer. Very good.

Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is lime, woody funk, very fresh, some apricot. Taste is white wine, apricot, lime, wood. Not too sour in the back. Oily mouthfeel with low carbonation. Good!
