0.33l bottle from globus in basel. pours a hazy deep chestnut with a small but steady off-white head. aroma of smoke, cocoa, coffee, licorice, very much like a stout. flavour of roast, mushrooms, earth. long bittersweet finish. interesting, if a bit too roasty.

Bottle, thanks Marco Buraschi via anstei. Pale yellow, nearly white color with white head. Aroma is mango, grassy hoppy, slightly yeasty - fresh. Taste is fruity mango, a bit hoppy, some wheat, a bit spicy, but more in a fresh way. Medium carbonation, smooth mouthfeel. Nice and fresh, highly drinkable - a nice addition to the well-balanced lineup of the brewery.

Bottle, courtesy of Marco Buraschi. Smooth wheatiness. Fresh grassy hops. Light body with a lively carbonation, highly drinkable. Decent balance, but the finish gets low quickly with some flowers and grass remaining. A beer to drink a few after another.

330 mL bottle poured, gifted by luttonm. Thanks Matt, for supplying the majority of my recent beer rates. I could rate the ones I already have, but these are all really cool. Dark and dense copper red pour with a rocky foam head. Bold hop bitter aroma faced with an earthy malt. Flavor reverses, and relies on a sturdy malt backbone, with some grassy, slightly vegetal hops impression. The malt profile here is on point. Very tasty. Typically when I notice a solid malt bill, it turns out to be the most basic of basic bills, but that’s okay. Overall I like this. A different look into the IPA style from the fairly consistent type I regularly end up with. Refreshing to try something different. Not sure how fresh this is without a bottle date, and with me holding on to it for a short while, but I’m curious how this would taste fresh on tap. Guess I’m going to Switzerland. Fun beer here.

330 ml bottle, much thanks to Matt/Alberto. Pours a thick ink like with no head. Smokey aroma that remains one sided. Flavor is dry and a ton of tobacco character. Smokey finish. Interesting beer. Sipper. I had fun with this one.
