Bottle picked up from Apfel Getranke Moosburg and consumed at home Sunday 30th November 2025 after a fab' few days in Frank in Freising and München, including watching Bayern Munich v St Pauli. We're listening to a Shoegaze selection and cooking Nidi di Tagliatelle al forno (baked pasta nests). Pours hazy yellow gold, large foamy white head, nice mouthfeel and hitting all the wheat beer characteristics with just a little bit more oomph, however this is barely discernable. It's good, surprised that I've never seen this before, on reflection it's a little frisky on the mouthfeel. Good beer.

Clear light golden with a foamy head. Very grainy, hay, lemon, lemon zest, sourdough, pretzels, slightly metallic. Dry bitterness, some malty sweetness, somewhat sourish. Medium to full bodied, oily texture, soft to lively carbonated, dry grainy zesty metallic bitter sourish finish. A very nice Festbier, despite having 6.1 abv, rather drinkable and balanced. Well made.

Bottle at home. Pours semi-clear with a thin white head. Nose is hay and honey mostly, sweet. Taste is also on the sweet side, showing hay, bread and very faint, close-to-none herbal hops. Closes with a sweet finish, has a high carbonation. Happens.

Stöttner Schwarze Radler, Flasche von Hausler, Pentling. - Dunkles Kupferrotbraun, klar. (30.6.2024.)

500 ml bottle. Cloudy hazelnut brown with a foamy head. Krautsalat, roasted malt, clove, banana, some nutmeg, yeasty, some basement notes, lemon, earthy notes. Some dry sourness, some bitterness, some sweetness. Medium bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry sourish sweet and bitter finish. A very nice Dunkelweizen, very rural, would perfectly fit to some Schweinsbraten..
