Description
You can come get to know our beers and the people behind them at either of our two locations.
Our original brewery on Lincoln Avenue is home to our Brewery Shop, where you can sample or purchase to-go, and a Tap Room, where you can stay, get a bite to eat and get to know who we are and what we do. You can now also visit our new brewery, on Balmoral Avenue, where we have a beer garden in nice weather and a completely separate food program.
Both locations offer perennials Daisy Cutter, Bodem, Pony Pilsner and Tuna plus plenty of small batch beers released weekly.

Courtesy of kiefdog. Pours deep gold to copper with white head. The aroma is sugary then mildly spicy and little else. The taste is sweet with citrus flavored sweet tart candy then moving into spicy hops and growing floral hoppiness. It ends a bit more spicy hops and spicy yeast than it started and mixing with lingering floral hops and sugary sweetness.

courtesy of homebrew311 pours dark brown, mocha head. aroma, nice coffee roast, chocolate malts and touch of mocha. flavors, bitter coffee, chocolate malts, with some herbal notes of hops. As the beer warms up, the roast becomes more apparent, chocolate/mocha become a tad thicker on the palate and the beer keeps a small lingering coffee/chocolate bitterness. Bold malty notes, too bad the bitter side isn’t really doing it for me, a great beer none the less.

Enjoyed on draft at a local bar before Game 1 of the Stanley Cup Finals! Appearance is a bright and vibrant gold with a creamy retaining head. Aroma I’m not getting much, subtle malt and hops. Taste wise, it hits you with the citrus and floral which creates a unique spiciness that isn’t expected for a pale ale. This is a definite summer beer, its aura is of a pristinely groomed lawn on a hot summer day. I’m not usually douchey enough to give a beer an ’aura’ but that’s just what I feel about this one.

Poured from 22 oz bottle, and tried as a sample at Half Acre. Aroma is of a balanced caramel malt and hops. Pours a vibrant amber with a thin head. Taste wise, there’s the present malt, but I’m also tasting a hint of citrus along with yeast. Pretty good, but I probably wouldn’t buy again as it was rather pricey.
