375ml bottle from Mr B's, Denver, CO. Smooth, roasty and woody with loads of whisky, coffee, chocolate, oak and toffee notes. Heavy and sweetish with some syrupy notes. Okay, quite a slow sipper.

12 oz. can purchased in Frisco, Colorado. Pours a hazy pale yellow color with a large rocky white head and excellent retention. Decent lacing. Lots of carbonation. Sharp Pilsen malt aroma. Bright Pilsen malt flavor with light bitterness and a medium sharp finish. Good classic pilsner. 5.3 ABV.

"Age for up to one decade" missed opportunity but gotta clear the fridge. Nice rye toffee spicy quad. Sipping on this spiced heat all night. Nose is a very unique rye spicy.

Such a huge variety of flavor, so good. Sweet whiskey, Graham crackers, chocolate. Tried to let it warm up but was too delish. At the very end dry notes plus whiskey brownies. Impressive.

aster at the brewery - clear dark amber - rich caramelized sugars in this one, but still clean enough for the cherry to come through pretty well - had this one after the Cocoa, and the whiskey and barrel presence is so much more subdued here - underlying spiciness and a slight whiskey finish - at little doughy in the finish.

Taster at the brewery - hazy purple - huge whiskey barrel nose and flavor that is intensely warming, but not abrasive - Cocoa is subdued underneath the strong caramelized maltiness and dark fruit of the base beer - finishes with bourbon warmth and toasty oak - it's good.

Release 8, this is more whiskey than whiskey. Saison notes are all nearly gone. Upfront sweetness and boozy but light and smooth 10abv. Kinda get honey and warmth on the back.
