On tap @Brasserie 4:20 (Rome), Colorado Tap Takeover. Dorata, abbastanza limpida, schiuma media persistente. Al naso sentori citrici e di lieviti, suola di scarpa, stalla. In bocca ha un attacco dolciastro con finale dal carattere leggermente vinoso. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Ben fatta, complimenti!

On draught at Crafty Fox during the "Good Bugs Fermentation=Flavor GABF Event" on 10/04/2017. Dark brownish-amber color with a medium beige head that diminishes gradually to a dense film. Small patches of lacing. Aroma of dark fruit, malt and yeast. Medium to full body with flavors of cherry, earthy yeast and caramel malt. The finish is dark fruit and yeast. Above average overall.

On tap @Brasserie 4:20 (Rome), Colorado Tap Takeover. Bruna, abbastanza torbida, schiuma avorio leggera. Corpo pieno, carbonazione medio-leggera. Sgraziata.

Tasting at Matt's; 10.8% ABV; vintage 2017, release 2
Dark brown color, small frothy head. Mild aroma of liqueur and roasted nuts, some alcohol. Soft mouthfeel, quite dry for the style, nice nutty character, soft vanilla, roasty final. Ok beer, but nothing special.

Red-amber color. Nice aroma, cherries, a bit vinous. Bone dry, some cherry flavor, but not much depth, moderate acidity. More fruit beer than Red Sour.
