500ml bottle from the Co-Op in Sidmouth. Poured a slightly hazy medium amber colour with a short-lived, frothy white head . The aroma is big apple. The flavour is light sour, with a crisp, floral, acidic, apple, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Really needs food at the same time.

Bottle from Dartmouth Wine Company, Dartmouth. Deeper amber coloured with a thin head. Fairly traditional in style with a light sweetness, which is allowed to develop as its chilli influence is extremely light, and by definition so is its spiciness.
