Bottle at Bernie's Brugge. Hazy amber orange colour lasting beige head. Some malt in the mouth. I mean its very similar to the True Love. Maybe a bit hotter dur to alcohol. Its a strange beer. A Belgian Ale. Not a tripel or a brune. You can tell its a small production. Its fine. Hides abv pretty well.

Bottle at Bernie's Brugge. Hazy mid brown amber colour lasting cream colour head. Some fruity esters. Some red or amber malt flavour. Its a tasty enough beer. More a Belgian ale than a blond. Some decent hop sting on tje finish. Some nettle hop. Its fine. Quite interesting better than average.

33cl bottle on the terrace of the Havenhuis, Blankenberge on 24th October 2024. Dirty maroon red, beige crust. Rum aroma and flavours come across loud and clear, it's boozy, rich and most enjoyable.

33cl bottle: BB November 2023 according to the cap. Obtained somewhere in Belgium on our last trip. poured slowly into a La Chouffe stemmed tulip glass at home on 18th September 2023, during a live mini-tasting with myself. Clean and clear bright golden body, I didn't allow the sediment to leave to bottle, might have that later! Snow white bubbles on top. Belgian yeast aroma and initial taste, sweet with a malty front, nice easy going nature. It's very drinkable and I'd happily have this again. Adding the sediment half-way through just added more yeasty depth and obviously made the beer darker and cloudy, sweeter too, but it didn't matter, I really enjoyed this.

Taste: weird, a bit soapy, very herbal, funky, unpleasant bitterness, sourish, dirty, not good at all. Aftertaste: slightly fruity, weird, dirty, very bad, probably infected.
