Brown color, small brownish head. Parfumic sweet nose.: lemon, peppermint, prunes, rye and coffee. Quite strange flavor of ginger, cold coffee and dried fruits. Hides alcohol under the spices, but not very drinkable. Reminds me of some christmas beers.

(Bottle 30 cl) This doesn’t really look very appetizing. Muddy brown with a head to match. Some rather indefinable flavours - probably because of the unusual mixture of malts. Has some bitter notes but nothing much more really. This is not unpleasant, just hasn’t really got much pow. 070403

(Bottle 30 cl) Dark orangey, somewhat hazy beer with a fine and stable head. Fresh nose with some indefinable notes. The bitter hops overpower everything else in this brew, but I do sense some underlying caramel malt. 271002

An unclear golden beer with some sediment floating around, and a small white head. The aroma is of milkacid, vanilla ice cream, and lemon mousse. The flavor is slightly sour with notes of lemon mousse, and a dry end.

Golden clear color, good creamy cloudy white head, lace. Weak fruity, lemony yeasty nose. Medium-bodied, lemony, good grassy hops there. Needs something more, maybe malts.

Cask at Kent BF. Golden opaque beer iwth bubblegum and some sweetish fruit. Followed by long good finish. I would not be able to distinguish this from a wheat beer, but i liked it

Cask at Kent beer festival. Good cloudy , lemony, creamy wheat beer. Served very cold, it was extremely refreshing with nice hoppy acidic lemon finish. Perhaps served too cold as I missed the coriander

Cloudy dark amber color. The aroma is very simple, with a light malty sourness. Mouthfeel is medium, well malty, with a light sourness (probably the rye). Drinkable but simple.

A light yellow beer with a huge white head. The aroma contains loads of lemon, vanilla, rice, and cream, while the flavor is a combination af chocolate and lemon, with a dry end. The body is thin, while the mouthfeel is prickling the tongue.
