Bottle sample at the source. Cloudy straw color. Aroma of light sweet citrus, distant flowers. The hops really come out in the taste, still very floral but with more lemon, light grassy herbs. Tasty and unique.

Bottle sample at the source. Hazy pinkish red color, light carbonation. Aroma is floral berries. Taste is apple flesh, light vanilla, cherries, berries, flowers. Dry finish. Nice.

Bottle sample at the source. This was a young batch, still cloudy with lively yeast. Aroma was perfumy and floral. Taste is light, fruity, just a tad sweet. Probably my favorite of the day.

750ml swing top bottle I picked up at Perfect Pour. Pours a honey gold with zero head. Hard to spot any effervescence. Nose has apples, obviously, a little bit of lurking acid, buttery like a chardonnay. Flavor is very nice, lightly sweet, lightly tart, apple, lemon, a little buttery. Super smooth finish, lightly oily. Drinks like it’s 4 %. Very nice.

On tap at Paradiso Dupont, listed as Millstone Farmgate. Pours a hazy green apple gold with zero head. Nose has honey, green apple, apple skins, a little white grape. Flavor is the same, crisp, sweet, tart. Clean finish. Very nice.

Draft at Meridian Pint (as Millstone Farmgate). Poured a totally clear light yellow color, absolutely no head - pretty much flat throughout the entire beer. Aroma was sweet apples, some honey notes. Flavor had notes of sweet apples, some dry notes.

On tap at Meridian Pint’s DC Beer Week Cider Event. Pours a clear, lime green with zero head. Looks like sauvignon blanc. Nose of lime pulp, some saw dust, peach, apple, a little buttered popcorn. Flavor has a lot of wood, white grape, a little buttery. Dry, oaky finish.
