Tap @ ANXO, Washington, DC. Pours hazy very pale straw with no head. Clear, vinous aroma of apples, crisp, with some notes of yeast. Dry, vinous flavour of crispy apples, with some dusty notes. Long, dry aftertaste. Decent.

2 oz pour on draft at ANXO. Hazy straw yellow. Aromas of pickles (reminded me of the little pickles/gherkins at ChurchKey), apples, vinegar. Tastes of pickles, apple, tart notes, vinegar. Light body with a dry finish.

750ml bottle. Poured a dark but clear ruby red color with a mostly still look to it - very light bubbly head, but disappears pretty quickly. Second pour and all after that were still. Aroma had a lot of tart notes, vinous grapes. Flavor a lot less tart, some light funky notes. Decent.

Tasting at Matt’s; batch 1
Cloudy pale blond color. Very sour cider, the rustic character raises a bit the interest, it’s lemony, a bit funky, and salty; I wouldn’t think of peach if I didn’t know.
Interesting experiment, average result from a pleasure point of view.
