750 ml swing top bottle poured into a Spiegelau tulip. Batch 001 at 7.5% ABV. Clear pale yellow with tiny sediment floaters, no head. Aromas of pears, apple, light champagne and white wine notes, subtle oak. Tastes of pears, tart green apples, light white wine and oaky notes. Light body with a dry finish. Still carbonation. Pretty good, not sure what neobliviscaris was drinking.

Cloudy and very pale green. Aroma is fresh complex apple, dash of peach, light alcohol, has a dry, tannic apple note, and the pea h is this subtle influence. Fun cider.

Bottle poured and split. Pours a cloudy lemonade color with no head. Fresh apple aroma. Flavor is sour up front, but sweetens out a bit. Lingering green apple palate. Enjoyed the sour element of this cider. Definitely made it a standout. Very nice.

Bottle - Funky apple and a touch of vegetal notes. Cloudy yellow gold and no head. Tart sweet and light peach notes with some acidity. Vegetal notes really take away from this.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy very pale blonde with no head. Nose is very complex, with rustic funky notes, some sweet peach, bourbon and light vanilla. Flavour has a lot going on, with notes of tart peaches, some vanilla, a touch of bourbon and a tart apple skin finish. Very tart, with a very pear and apple skin-dominated finish. Not as complex or enjoyable as the average ratings suggest so far, but very interesting and certainly unique. Solid stuff.

375ml bottle pours a clear orange. Nose has apples, pears, riesling, a little cake icing, light booze. Flavor is boozy, schnapps, cinnamon, apples, pears, light caramel. Full bodied, oily and boozy. A sipper, but rather nice.

Bottle sample at the source. Hazy to cloudy yellow color, still. Nice spiced aroma. Taate has funky spiced fruit and flowers, on the dry side. Nice.
