375mL bottle from the cidery. Consumed slowly over a little while.Purrty color. Cherry apple juice with cherry tartness. Tickles the sides a bit. Little cobwebs on nose. More musky in flavor. Its a lot of fruit, natural, tart, lightly sweet. Actual fermented berry is awesome.

375mL bottle purchased at cidery and shared at a tasting. Funk and musky without too much sour. Very earthy and down to the ground cider, with a very natural spring like character.

375mL clear flip top. It’s been open for about a month. Slowly sipping for a bit. It’s a nice blend that covers up a lot of the harsh distilled elements. A light browned apple with alcohol essence aroma. Flavor isn’t sweet but an almost perfect blend of apple covering the alcohol spirit. A little tartness at the end. Very pale color.

From a bottle shared at the DC RB gathering Memorial Day weekend 2017. Pours a hazy pale gold with a scant head. Aorma of tart green apples. Flavors of dead falls with plenty of sweetness to offset the tartness.
