Level 6 bottleshare. Thanks to Ratebeer for again knocking out the search function on Android and forcing me back to paper and pen! Opaque dark brown beer, decent pale tan head. Palate is smooth and a little soft, reasonable fine carbonation. Tangy dark malts, a little wonky roasty bitterness, something vaguely out of place. Mild dark malt cream. Light pine and bitterish tangy dark fruits. Light dry spicy finish. Plenty going on for it mild abv but there something off kilter here as well, drinkable nontheless.

Bottle shared in CW - cheers to Kenworth. Pours black-brown with a creamy, beige head. Burnt brown bread in the nose, dry cocoa, earth, dusty coffee. Light sweet flavour with some chalky cocoa, ashy roast. Medium bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Dry finish, some baking cocoa, scorched earth. Quite solid.

Bottle at Columbus. It pours black with a sturdy tan head. The aroma is earthy, sweet, roasty, parma violets, sherbet, orange peel, sherbet and candy. The taste is dry, bitter, earthy, rich roasted malt, coffee grounds, spice, leather, charred wood and leather with a drying finish. Medium body and fine, foamy carbonation. Not bad.

Bottle sample at a tasting at troubles' place. Thanks Alexey. 5.2%. Hazy golden. Stale hops, dust, minerals, a bit of sweetish malt, bitter finish, light to medium-bodied.

Bottle picked up from Beer Revolution, Hay on Wye, Powys, Wales, consumed at Builth Wells, Powys, Wales in the company of Jude, Baz, Dom, Georgia, Rhys, Bailey and Isobel during our 1970's night. Pours black with a slim beige head. This is very much a beer that is exactly as you might expect, so light cappuccino, creamy, slight coffee notes. Milky with a touch of chocolate and milkshake, good beer. A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov14 3.5

Bottle picked up from Beer Revolution, Hay on Wye, Powys, by Isobel, consumed at home Tuesday 26th December 2017 in the company of Dad and Isobel Hazy gold with a white filmy head. Good streaky citrus throughout this, a little dry back end, this is a nice beer, lots of lemon, grapefruit, it's a nice juicy golden ale. A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov13 3.4

Keg @ Beer Revolution, Hay on Wye. Pours a lightly misty gold, small white head. Breezy hop in the aroma, light malt. Decent hop presence in the taste, lightly floral with a good bitter edge. Drying finish. Not bad.
