On tap at Café Kowalski pours out brown topped with a sand head. Nose is great nice yeast fruit esters pitfruit banana spice and some wheat. Taste is more of the nice sweet rich malts banana spice esters.

A: toasted clove, nutmeg, brown bread, dried banana.
T: sweetish red apple, sourish wheat, bit soapy & spicy.
F: herbal hops, spicy clovve, wheat.
P: medium body, watery texture, fizzy carbonation.
Bit too soapy.

Tap. Beautiful tanned cream in a krug. Nice dark caramel roast nose. Medium chewy creamy body. Caramel, cocoa, dry, some mineral, light herbal, lightly burnt finish. Nice intensity.

Bottle that I picked up from Edeka at Tittling and consumed at Jenny and Lars at their house in Haag in Oberbayern Saturday 30th September 2023, Lars has smoked and BBQd Beef short ribs and Pork ribs today, they were marvellous. We are attending the Haag Herbfest later. Pours clear gold with a white head. Light malty aroma, with maltiness also present in the mouth, light fruity edge, some sweetness, perfect overall a touch thin but it's fine.
