Pours a hazy yellow from the tap. Nice yeasty aroma, bananas are up front, in the flavor as well. Good all around hefeweizen.

The Sampler, Brooklyn bottle: pours deep golden with a white head. Aroma is fruits and honey. Taste is really sweet. Alcohol is well covered. Too sweet for my tastes. Too thick. Meh.

Can @ Vinoble, Odense. Pours hazy golden with a white head. grass , caramel and citrus. Fine bitterness. Tasty allright although this isnt entirely fresh I feel.

Tap at draught 55 my cousin is a bock lover so recomended this brew. Pours dull hazed golden brown no head to speak of. Nose is faint caramel and toast. TAstes of toast, caramel, grapes, figs, some cardboard, and pale malt. Thin palate.

750 ml bottle with a stamp of 12/19/14. Adrien during his Going away party. Hazy bright gold color, thick head that laced well. Aroma is subtle yeast, Chardonnay barrel has a drying affect in the finish. The grain, yeast and barrel is married together really well. Light bitterness with almost a grassy hint. Pretty decent.

Poured from bottle thanks Adrien. Hazy lemon pour with effervescent head. Aromas of yeast funk wine and citrus. Taste is tart and crisp with a thin body.

750ML C&C. Poured by Adrien and brought by him, too. Golden orange appearance. 3 finger fluffy head. Wine barrel for sure is present, a light acetic nose, lactobacillus, european hops. A lot of carbonation in the mouthfeel here. earthy piney hops, mango and papaya. herbal, tangerine and citrus. interesting but not memorable.

Pours pale yellow into a shaker. Bright white head with medium retention recedes to skim surface. Sweet jelly bean and yeast aromas. Sharp with marshmallow and hay upfront turning to mild earthy pith in the lasting finish.

Bottle at tasting. Black pour. Aroma is really fruity, with passion fruit and hop and some roasted malt of course. Taste has lots of passion fruit, coffee and a mild roastedness. Mellow fruity finish, abv well hidden. This is really a Black imperial IPA, way too fruity and hoppy for a ’normal’ ris. Good beer though.
