(Draught at Beer Temple, Amsterdam, 22 Aug 2014) Pale golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty, hoppy nose with bread, citrus, grass and grapefruit. Malty, hoppy taste with notes of bread, grapefruit, lemon peel, grass and a generous citric bitterness in a dry finish. Medium body, quite dry. Tasty pilsener with a generous hop character. Nice one.

(Draught at beer Temple, Amsterdam, 21 Aug 2014) Greenish yellow colour with frothy, white head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of bread, honey and grassy hops. Malty, fruity taste with bread, honey, peaches and a generous grassy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, quite dry. Fresh and tasty beer. Nice one.

Bottle thanks to Chow. Pours a dark copper with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is strong vinegar and oak. Medium mouthfeel with oak, and light vinegar, tastes like old sour brown.

Bottle thanks to Chow. Pours a cloudy pink with small off white head. The aroma is cherry skin and strong oak. Thin mouthfeel, tart cheery, oak, lingering sourness. Good.

Bottle thanks to Matt. Pours a cloudy orange gold with no head. The aroma is huge funk and oak. Thin mouthfeel, very sour, funk, oak, decent.

The Sampler, Brooklyn tap: Pours black with a tan head. Aroma is pine, chocolate, herbs, some frutiness. Taste is rather bitter. Beer is kind of on the heavy side. Pretty bitter while drinking. Dark chocolate and earthiness are there in good measure. Not my favourite.

Tap at Pacigic Standard. Pours dark blackish brown with fine lacing. Nose is light pine and chocolate. Tastes of bitter dark chocolate, resin, light pine, herbal, saw dust. Slight oily mouthfeel. Ok

Draught. Clear rich yellow with creamy small whitish head, floral hops aroma, sharp hoppy taste, medium carbonation, long finish. Quite a nice IPA!

Draught@SBWF2014. Black colour, small brown head. aroma is fruity, wooden, mildly toasted along with some peated notes. Flavour is fruity, floral, some wooden, herbal and liquoricelike notes. Wellbalanced, even though being a bit too sweet for me.
